Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To request a return, please contact us at email hello@onlineretailindonesia.com  or WhatsApp +62 812-9238-9895 with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost parcels

Damages During Return

  • Kavaya is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping
  • Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit within 14 business days and can be used for future purchases.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged (upon arrival), or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

If verified:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost
  • You may choose between:
  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit / refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned without prior approval

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected
